Application of Novel Geo-Information Technologies in Ancient Greek Urban Studies

The lecture focus on the study of the ancient Greek urbanization through the integrated implementation of satellite, ground remote sensing methods and GIS analysis for the understanding and the reconstruction of the ancient urban centers. The results of this research work are anticipated to have a significant impact in a wide range of scientific branches, offering at the same time a new perspective on the greek urbanism.
